Do all purchases arrive in a yellow shoebox?
Yes. Each and every item is packaged, shipped and delivered in one of our iconic yellow shoeboxes.
Will sold out products be restocking?
Once a product has sold out we have no intentions of restocking it. Our values lie with being truly exclusive, we may create "Inspired by" capsule pieces in the future, however the for now the future is uncertain.
What is the pre-order process?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet available on our website. You will be fully informed of the expected release and delivery dates before making the purchase, and we will debit your account at the time of the transaction. Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item along with an available item, the available item will be dispatched first. Once the pre-ordered item arrives at our warehouse, we will then dispatch it to you.

Where can I find sizing information?
For all sizing information please refer to our "Size Chart" links, these can found on each product page underneath the product description.
Can I change my shipping address after I've purchased?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address please contact us at store@offsum.com immediately with your order number and correct shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to amend the products destination, from here you will need to get in contact with Royal Mail.
How do I view my order details?
To view your order details. Create an Account here or Sign-In with the email you used upon purchase. Select the profile icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, any recent orders will be available to view on your account panel.
Can I purchase in instalments?
Yes, the Klarna & Clear Pay option is available at checkout. Follow the steps below in order to checkout using Clear Pay.

Add your item to Cart.

Select "Checkout".

Enter your address details and shipping method. Once at the "Payment" window select "Clear Pay" from the payment method options. Confirm all the details and select "Pay Now". You will then be taking to a new window via Clear Pay.

Follow the steps via Clear Pay. Once at the "Review Your Order"window, review your instalment plan and select "Confirm".

Once selected you will be returned to www.offsum.com where your order will be processed. Thank you for shopping with us.
